Booking FAQs
Booking FAQs
Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?
Walk-ins are welcome, but Fridays and Saturdays get busy — booking ahead via WhatsApp is the more reliable option.
What's your cancellation policy?
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. If you're running more than 15 minutes late, message us — we may need to shift or shorten the appointment to stay on schedule for the next client.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, card (Visa/Mastercard), and EFT.
How should I prepare for my appointment?
Hair: clean, detangled hair unless you've booked a wash or treatment with us.
Nails: let us know in advance if an existing set needs removing first.
Lashes: arrive with clean eyes — no mascara or oil-based eye products.
